This cake drum (thick cake board) is designed to support heavy, multi-layered masterpieces while maintaining the elements of tradition and elegance. Thick, extra-strong fibreboard is wrapped in patterned reflective gold or silver foil, providing a grease and moisture-resistant finish, with edges which won't compress under weight. The drum is hand-wrapped, resulting in smoothly-finished edges without visible folds, and is finished on the underside with white paper for a premium appearance.
